Have I reserved an item as soon as it is in my shopping cart?
No. Only once the payment has been completed, the items are reserved for you.
Can I have an item packaged and / or shipped as a gift?
We can wrap small products. Please let us know in the comment box with your order if you want to add a personal message. The larger products such as wallpaper, pillows, wall stickers, beanbags, garden posters and textile posters cannot be wrapped due to their size.
You can pay at Annet Weelink Design via Ideal, Paypal, American Express, Ban Contact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay and VISA.
The delivery time differs per product and is stated in the product information.
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt or after the collection date. Items must be returned unused, complete, in original condition, in original packaging (including any plastic cover). In case of damage or incomplete articles a fee will be charged. A gift voucher cannot be returned. Direct exchange for another article is not possible. Custom designed wallpaper cannot be returned. Keep the Track & Trace number to be able to track your package. As soon as the order has been returned, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail. The amount you have credit will be transferred within 14 working days from the moment your return has been processed.
