Return Information

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt or after the collection date. Items must be returned unused, complete, in original condition, in original packaging (including any plastic cover). In case of damage or incomplete articles a fee will be charged. A gift voucher cannot be returned. Direct exchange for another article is not possible. Custom designed wallpaper cannot be returned.

Send us the Track & Trace number to be able to track your package. As soon as the order has been returned, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail. The amount you have credit will be transferred within 14 working days from the moment your return has been processed.
